We know many women reduce their working hours or even retire due to their symptoms. We can help you to support your employees in a way that suits you. If you have employees suffering with uncontrolled symptoms, and missing work as a result, We can help by offering expert medical consultations, either for individuals, as groups or even talks to larger groups.

Group consultations.

Dr Lorraine Kemp is experienced with group consultations and can consult your employees in a group of up to six patients. This is a novel option which gives the women individual and personalised treatment plan within a group setting. This enables women to have the shared experience and is often very much fun and informative. They essentially listen into each others consult and so learn even more about menopause care. This includes letters to the patients for their GP with a proposed treatment plan, an issue of private prescriptions, any private specialist referral letters are also included.

Webinars and in house talks

The aim of the webinars and in house talks are to inform the team and employees about the symptoms of the menopause and peri menopause, and how best these can be managed and supported in the workplace. Topics can vary and include the challenge of diagnosis, myth busting about HRT, and also the hot topic of low libido and how this can also be managed.
